Our Returns Policy
We have a very simple returns policy at Tigercentral
You can return or exchange any goods bought from Tigercentral within 14 days from date of receipt
Alternatively you could buy Vouchers that have no end date
Simply Click HERE to download our returns form and send returns back to us at the address below via a secure Post Office service.
We recommend Royal Mail Recorded delivery service.
Please include the invoice that is attached to the front of the parcel you received with the goods (or your name and order number so that we know who they are from) and the returns form
When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned.
Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words:
- The tags have not been removed
- The trainers have not been worn or damaged
- The packaging is returned and is in sellable condition (We will not accept returns using the trainer box as packaging)
We issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 2 days of receipt (Monday/Friday), and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days. We issue the credit straight away, but it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system (and building societies can take up to 10 days).
Further Guidance & Notes:
- Please ensure that you wrap the package securely
- Please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. NB: We do not accept returns sent via courier companies.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post
- For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery service because;
- Royal Mail special delivery insures the goods up to £500
- Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £40
- Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Returns on Special Offers
If a returned item was originally bought under a quantity or value based Special Offer or Promotional Incentive, the benefits of the Special Offer or Promotional Incentive may no longer apply, and the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
As an example; if you order 2 pairs of trainers that together cost over £50 they would qualify for free UK delivery. If one pair is subsequently returned for a credit this means you have effectively only purchased one pair and spent less that £50, so we would claim back the postage cost against that credit.
We will give you the best deal we can in the circumstances, but we will have to take into account the impact of a return on the original offer.
If the item is exchanged for another that would have been available under the terms of the Special Offer no adjustment will need to be made. If the exchange is for an item of similar value outside the terms of the original offer then any adjustment is at our discretion.
Complaints Procedure
All queries should be emailed to care@tigercentral.co.uk and we generally deal with all queries within 48 hours. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you.
